I know the iced coffee is traditionally a summer thing and this week has seen the weather start to turn. However because I tend to have the palate of a child I like my coffee iced all year round. I think I have finally cracked my favourite iced coffee recipe and I thought I would share.


You need:

Coffee – Lately I have been using pods by Belmio in my nespresso machine. I really like the range of flavours they have.
Milk – any milk of your choosing, cow, almond, rice, soy – it all works.
Ice

Optional extras:

Peanut butter – I love Pip&Nut.
Cinnamon
Honey


Method:

Tip all your ingridients into a blender. I use my Nutribullet.
Blend and enjoy!
