A little while ago I made this incredible tahini dressing to put on some roasted veggies. It was delicious and I have been meaning to share the recipe with you since. So here you go
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Black peper
Mix your desired amount of tahini and olive oil in equal parts. Mix until smooth. Then add a generous sq
ueeze of lemon juice and 1-2 giant tablespoons of garlic paste (or you can squish a couple of cloves). A massive pinch of salt (or two if you’re making lots) and a good twist of cracked black pepper. Stir again until smooth. Sometimes I find it helpful to add a dash of water to thin it down a little.
Best drizzled over… well anything! But I like it over spicy roasted veggies.
